2025 FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION

This 2025 Food Truck Application is for food trucks/tents who are interested in applying for events in Downtown Dallas such as Food Truck Fridays, the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting, 4th of July Patriotic Festival and more! Food trucks interested must have a business license, food permit, and a Paulding County Fire Marshal inspection. All food vendors must be in compliance with the Department of Health. The Business Development office has the right to choose food vendors for events based on variety. 

Food Truck Applications for the 2025 season have closed. Email sgordon@dallas-ga.gov to be put on the waitlist.

My set-up is:
If a food truck/trailer, which side of the truck do you serve from?
All events require a vendor fee of $75 each. You will be invoiced for the events you were chosen for. Please select the events you'd like to apply for:

By signing your name you understand:

  • Required documents must be submitted

  • I must have a Paulding County Fire Marshal Inspection

  • Selected events above are not guaranteed

  • The Business Development Office has the right to accept food vendors per event based on variety of food trucks

  • If you cancel last minute, no-show, or regularly arrive late to events, it could affect your acceptance in future events in downtown Dallas

  • I must vacate the event location within one hour of event end time
