The Back to School Block Party is the way to celebrate the new school year. Come downtown for cheerleading and dance team performances, tasty food from your favorite food trucks, children’s vendors and activities, and shopping on Main Street. This event brings thousands of families to downtown and is a good time had by all!

Q: What kind of activities can my kids enjoy at the Back to School Block Party?
A: We have enough activities to keep your kids entertained for hours. Activities include street performances from local cheer and dance teams, a petting zoo, a trackless train and more being announced soon!
Q: Will there be food at the event?
A: Absolutely. It wouldn't be downtown Dallas without Food Trucks. And you can visit your downtown favorites too - Dallas Grill on Main, Sal's Pizza and Downtown Eats!
Q: Can I become a tent vendor at the event?
A: Retail vendors are not accepted at this event.
Q: Where can I park?
A: View our parking map! Note: The Main Street parking lot and parking spots are Main Street are closed for the event.
Q: My business would love to get involved. Can we sponsor?
