This event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made for any reason, including vendor cancellation.
Specific placement requests are not guaranteed.
Vendors must provide their own equipment - tents, tables, chairs, electricity
Vendors must keep their space clean during the event and leave it free of trash and debris upon departure.
The event organizer (City, Downtown program, etc.) is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Generators must be quiet/inverter type and approved in advance.
Vendors agree to follow all directions from event staff, city officials, and law enforcement.
I understand that by completing this application, vendors are juried and I'm not guaranteed a vendor space.
